By accessing or using the website www.alphyx.nl, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service.
1. General
ALPHYX is registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK) under registration number 99578077. These Terms of Service apply to all orders placed through www.alphyx.nl.
2. Personalized Products
Products that are custom-made based on your design, customization, or specifications are exempt from the right of withdrawal in accordance with Article 16(c) of EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU.
Please carefully review your design before placing your order. ALPHYX is not responsible for errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in designs, text, images, or other content provided by the customer.
3. Right of Withdrawal
For non-personalized products, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order.
Returned products must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise required by law.
4. Production and Delivery Times
After production (typically 2–5 business days), the following estimated delivery times apply:
- Netherlands: 3–8 business days total
- European Union: 5–15 business days total
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control.
5. Pricing and Payment
All prices displayed on the website include applicable VAT unless otherwise stated.
ALPHYX reserves the right to change prices at any time. The price displayed at the time of purchase is the price that applies to your order.
6. Intellectual Property
All content available on www.alphyx.nl, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, designs, and trademarks, is the property of ALPHYX and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission from ALPHYX.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ALPHYX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our products, services, or website.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where such exclusion is prohibited by applicable law.
8. Personal Data
ALPHYX processes personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

9. Complaints
Complaints or concerns may be submitted to alphyx.hulp@outlook.com.
We aim to respond to and resolve complaints within 14 days of receipt.

Consumers within the European Union may also submit disputes through the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform:

11. Governing Law
These Terms of Service and all agreements between ALPHYX and its customers shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands.
Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of the Netherlands unless mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.

ALPHYX reserves the right to modify or update these Terms of Service at any time.
The most current version will always be available on www.alphyx.nl, and continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of any changes.
